The Regional Director of Facilities is responsible for the administration and oversight of plant operations, engineering, and environmental services (EVS). Incumbent will oversee and assist Regional Directors of Plant Operations and local Directors and Managers of Plant Operations with directing and administering all work related to the physical plant, engineering and ancillary systems. Under direction from organizational leadership the incumbent will direct and manage construction/remodeling projects and will and Incumbent serve as liaison between Medical Centers and other contracted personnel/vendors performing facilities related work. Incumbent plans, organizes, and directs all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives and as a member of leadership presents a positive image of the organization to patients, visitors, physicians, and the public.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
