Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Interventional Radiologist to join our growing medical team in Victorville, California. This position offers an exceptional work-life balance with Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM hours, no nights, no weekends, and no diagnostic responsibilities. You’ll perform a variety of bread-and-butter interventional radiology procedures in a modern, well-equipped facility that values efficiency, collaboration, and physician satisfaction.

• Focus: 100% Interventional Radiology – no diagnostic reads
• Competitive salary range: $600,000–$700,000 (based on experience)

Typical Cases Include
• Image-guided biopsies and drain placements
• Paracentesis and thoracentesis
• Peripheral angiography and angioplasty
• Central venous access, port, and PICC placements
• Embolization procedures
• Other general interventional procedures as needed
(No neuro or complex oncology IR unless desired.)
• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic & Interventional Radiology residency or fellowship
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Interventional Radiology (ABR or equivalent)
• Eligible for or currently licensed in California

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $600,000-$700,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
