We are seeking a Medical Practice Manager, sometimes referred to as a Practice Manager or Clinic Manager. Our Medical Practice Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, support staffing and workflow efficiency, and deliver exceptional patient care experience. The Medical Practice Manager will lead the team, manage financial performance, ensure compliance, and partner closely with providers to support access and growth.

Shifts Available: Days

Employment Type: Full-Time (No Weekends or Holidays) 

Hours: 8-hour – 7:30am to 4:30pm

Location: St. Joseph Family Medical Care – Kansas City, MO

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

• Report to the Director of Physician Services and provides leadership and administrative oversight to practice operations
• Plan, develop, and organize workflows while directing day-to-day activities of staff and practice functions
• Manage financial performance including staffing efficiency budget awareness and supporting revenue cycle processes
• Promote the practice within St Joseph Medical Group and throughout the broader medical community
• Maintain working knowledge of clinical operations and steps in supporting coverage when needed within licensure guidelines

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business or related field or a minimum of five years Healthcare leadership/management experience is required 

Additional Qualifications That Are a Plus:

• Medical Group experience preferred
