Lower Bucks Hospital is a community hospital, serving the Lower Bucks County region with medical, surgical, and emergency care. Located in historic Bristol, Pennsylvania, the Hospital is well-known for its knowledgeable medical staff, including cardiology, orthopedics, radiology, wound care, and general surgery. The hospital has more than 200 physicians on staff, as well as another 700 employees.

 

Responsibilities

Responsible for the coordinated efforts of the Rehab staff as they interface with the hospital�s patients, departments, programs and physicians in a manner that is safe, efficient, cost-effective, while maintaining compliance to state, federal and professional standards. The Manger for Physical Therapy is responsible for hiring, training and supervising the Physical Therapy staff. The Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining Physical Therapy programs to meet the identified needs of the community. The Manage is administratively responsible for the management of fiscal and personnel resources in Physical Therapy.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience
  1. Graduate from an approved school of physical therapy with a BS or BA degree.
  2. Five years of clinical practice with supervisory experience.
  3. Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of state.
  4. BLS for healthcare provider's certification upon hire and maintain current.
