We are seeking a Medical-Surgical Telemetry PCA II, also referred to as a Med-Surg Tele CNA. The Med-Surg/Tele CNA assist nurses by providing basic patient care, monitoring vital signs, supporting mobility, and ensuring patient safety for adults recovering from surgeries or illnesses while on heart monitors. They play a critical role in observing patients, reporting changes, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment to promote recovery.

** We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Med-Surg/Telemetry team. Under RN supervision, you will assist patients with daily living activities, provide basic nursing care, and help maintain a safe environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. High School Diploma or equivalent preffered
2. Current Certification in Patient Care required (M.A. / CNA / EMT / Paramedic / Patient Care Tech, etc.)
3. Current Dysrhythmia Interpretation Certificate upon hire and maintain current preferred.
4. Current BLS (AHA) certificate within 30 days of hire and maintain current
5. Six months previous experience as Monitor Technician preferred.
6. Current Phlebotomy certification upon hire, preferred.
7. Current EKG certification upon hire, preferred.
8. Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
9. Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.
