Act as a liaison between the health system/market/hospital and area Emergency Medical Services (EMS) providers. Serve as an advocate of the hospital with private, local, regional, and state EMS agencies. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring collaboration across all care settings within the facility as it relates to EMS and public safety relations. This position will also provide care in the Emergency Department as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Must be an active Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Missouri.
2. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) within 6 months of hire and maintain current annually.
