Coordinates and supervises CT Scan procedures and Diagnostic Radiographic in accordance to approved department protocols. Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs. Assists in Maintaining Performance Improvement Program. Supervises Radiology staff in the absence. Maintains department supplies. Promotes teamwork and good customer service. Assists in annual evaluations and staff discipline. Does scheduling for assigned sub departments and maintains supplies and equipment for assigned sub department. Required to participate in after hours uncontrolled standby and call back. Position may require the use of a pager.

Education and Work Experience

1. Must have current CRT, Fluoroscopy permit by CDPH.
2. ARRT ?R required.
3. Must be proficient in CT and ability to supervise effectively and efficiently.
4. CT certification by ARRT is required.
5. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
6. Current BCLS certificate.
7. Certificate in Venipuncture.
8. Supervision experience preferred.
