The Perioperative Manager is a hands-on, detail-oriented nursing leader responsible for overseeing all perioperative operations, including pre-op, OR, PACU. This role ensures safe, high-quality, patient-centered care, while managing staff, monitoring workflow efficiency, and driving performance improvement initiatives.
The Perioperative Manager serves as a key liaison with physicians, nursing leadership, and hospital executives, providing guidance on clinical issues, policy interpretation, and operational decisions. This solution-focused, adaptable leader mentors staff, implements effective workflows, manages change, and contributes to budget planning, supporting the growth and optimization of a high-performing perioperative team.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $88,483.20 to $128,148.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
