Overview

We are seeking a Catheterization Laboratory Supervisor, sometimes referred to as a Supervisor of Cath Lab. The Catheterization Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Cath Lab and related procedures.

 

Employment Type: Full Time

Shifts Available: Days

Hours: 8-hour Shifts – 8:00am to 5:00pm

Location: Dallas Regional Medical Center – Mesquite, TX

Responsibilities

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

  • Ensures all equipment is safely maintained and operational.
  • Ensures that supplies required are in stock and accessible for procedures.
  • Responsible for planning daily patient schedules, staffing and on call requirements in a manner that allow department to function efficiently and within targeted productivity index. 

Qualifications

Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have: 

  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN); preferred.
  • Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License; required (Manager) or RCIS certification required (Supervisor).
  • Current BCLS (AHA), ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current; required.
  • One (1) year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab doing cardiac work or in a Critical Care area; required.
