Dallas Regional Medical Center is a 202-bed acute care hospital accredited by The Joint Commission that offers a wide range of medical services including 24/7 emergency care, cardiology, wound care, surgical services, cardiac catheterization, and imaging. The hospital is the only Certified Stroke Center, Accredited Chest Pain Center, and Labor and Delivery Unit in the area. Responsibilities

Plans, coordinates and directs day-to-day patient & clinical operations.  Assists in planning, coordinating and directing daily food service operations to ensure full compliance with federal, state and local regulatory agencies.  Serves as a clinical resource. Participates in hiring, orienting, and education of staff.  Establishes and maintains policies, standards and performance improvement programs for the provision of optimal patient care. Monitors clinical performance for safety, efficacy and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

1.    Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

2.    State specific dietitian license as required by State of practice.

3.    Minimum 3-5 years as a Registered Dietitian.

4.    Two years’ experience in the field of nutrition and/or food service management desirable.

5.    Advanced specialty certificate in field of nutrition preferred.
