CT Technologist Trainee (Non-Certified) – Radiology

Starting Salary: $33.27 to $48.55 per hour (Estimated weekly pay: $1,380 – $1,942)

Schedule: Full-Time, Variable Shifts (5 x 8 hour shifts)

Support CT imaging in a fast-paced hospital setting while training alongside experienced CT Techs. Assist with procedures, patient care, and image capture while following safety and quality standards.

This structured role is built to develop your CT skills and prepare you to earn your ARRT CT certification within 6 months.

• Train alongside experienced CT Techs in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Assist with imaging procedures and support Radiologists during exams
• Deliver high-quality images while providing great patient care
• Process and transmit images through PACS
• Complete hands-on training and competencies to earn ARRT CT certification within 6 months

This is a structured CT training role with direct support until you’re fully certified.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1.    One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.

2.    Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.

3.    Radiology state license is required. 

4.    Current ARRT- RT Certification is required upon hire

5.    ARRT- CT Certification obtained within 6 months of hire.

6.    Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.

7.    Proficient computer skills.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $33.27 to $48.55 per hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
