Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of all activities in the Cardiopulmonary Rehab Department, Sleep Lab and Cardio-Neuro Department referring out of the ordinary issues to Administration. Supervises and monitors performance of the Cardiopulmonary Staff and Cardio-Neuro staff with physicians, hospital staff, patients and patients’ families and significant others to provide comprehensive care. Collaborates with organizational leadership to standardize services within assigned areas. May oversee multiple facilities.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

1. Current State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license, Exercise Physiologist, or Nursing license required.
2. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) upon hire and maintain current.
3. Five (5) years of acute respiratory care management experience or seven (7) years of applicable cumulative job specific experience preferred.
4. Two (2) years of acute care experience is preferred.
5. Bachelor of Science Degree preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $88,670.40 to $128,440.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
