Responsibilities

The HRIS Coordinator performs a variety of day-to-day administrative Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions ensuring data integrity and the processing and reporting of HR data. This position is hands-on and requires strong knowledge of human resources, applicant tracking, and performance management systems. Responsibilities include data entry, report generation, troubleshooting, and user support.

 

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources/information systems or related field, or at least 2 years of relevant HRIS experience required.
  2. At least 2 years of Human Resources experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  3. Must be familiar with HRIS database, applicant tracking system, and performance management.
  4. Experience with Infor Lawson and iCIMS preferred.
  5. Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in Excel required.
  6. Ability to travel to different facilities during implementation and training.
