The ASC Administrator is responsible for leading all aspects of clinical, operational, and financial performance for the center. This role ensures high-quality patient care, drives operational excellence, fosters strong physician and team relationships, and maintains regulatory compliance. The Administrator will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while executing strategic initiatives to achieve best-in-class results.

1. Bachelor's degree in one of the health professions (i.e. Nursing), business administration, public administration or another suitable field preferred.
2. Minimum five years’ experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operations management required.
3. Good command of the English language, both verbal and written, and strong interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients and others.
5. Demonstrates proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
6. Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
7. Must have an acute attention to detail.
8. Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $81,120.00 to $117,478.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
