The Corporate Travel Advisor manages end-to-end travel services for Prime Healthcare’s business travelers, including domestic and international air, hotel, and ground transportation. This role ensures a seamless, cost-effective experience aligned with company policies and organizational objectives.
As a trusted partner to employees, executives, and stakeholders, the Corporate Travel Advisor delivers high-quality service while supporting complex and time-sensitive travel needs. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, strong policy adherence, and anticipating traveler requirements.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong focus on duty of care, traveler safety, and risk management. This position supports vendor compliance, regulatory requirements, cost control, and ongoing travel program improvement.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required
2. 2–5 years of experience in corporate/business travel coordination
3. Experience with Sabre GDS required
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, executives, and vendors
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
6. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with high attention to detail
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
9. Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and sound judgment
Preferred qualifications:
1. Experience with Concur Travel and Expense (or similar platform)
2. Knowledge of Travel Management Company (TMC) operations and corporate travel programs
3. Experience supporting enterprise-level or multi-location organizations

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $70,304.00 to $101,816.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
