Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving 400,000 people living in central, western and Midcoastal Maine. The Clinician provides behavioral health assessments and short-term behavioral health therapy to primary care patients within the setting of the practice. The Clinician documents in the patient’s electronic health record, provides behavioral health services to referred patients and provides behavioral health education and consultation as requested.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in counseling or social work required.
2. Two years mental health experience, preferred.
3. Current Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
