We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in a Full-time capacity. This role offers a patient-centered, 1:1 care model in an outpatient physical therapy clinic treating a diverse caseload including orthopedic (ortho), neurological (neuro), pelvic floor, vestibular (dizziness and balance), dry needling, and aquatic therapy patients.

Our growing outpatient program is supported by a strong physician referral network, providing consistent patient volume and the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and outcomes
• Deliver 1:1 outpatient therapy treatment focused on patient goals
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and recovery plans
• Document treatments and patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary teams
