The Human Resources Generalist manages day-to-day operations and provides a wide variety of complex Human Resources support to all levels in the organization, ensuring the comprehensive administration of human resources policy and procedures. The position performs duties in a variety of functional core human resources areas including classification/compensation, employee development, acquisition projects, and legal compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines. This position provides collaboration as an internal consultant on a broad range of cross-functional HR projects.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Required qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or closely related field.
2. 4 year’s recent health care experience in a Human Resources Department.
3. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail.
4. Computer knowledge that includes Excel, Word, Outlook.
5. Knowledge of state and federal employment law.
6. Ability to travel required.
Preferred qualifications:
1. PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications or advanced degree preferred.
2. Experience handling employee and labor relations and workplace investigations highly preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $73,902.40 to $99,590.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
