The Nuclear Medicine Technologist provides high-quality nuclear medicine imaging and supports diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in collaboration with Radiologists and interdisciplinary care teams. This role is responsible for image acquisition, processing, and transmission to PACS while ensuring compliance with patient safety, radiation safety, and quality standards. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist plays a key role in supporting accurate diagnoses, effective treatment planning, and efficient imaging operations.
2. Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
3. Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
4. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
5. Proficiency with PACS, computer systems, and healthcare technology.
Preferred
1. One or more years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
2. Acute care or clinical radiology experience.
3. Experience with mobile and stationary radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment.
