The Director of Maternal Child Health Services is a Registered Nurse responsible for the 24-hour leadership, management, and operational oversight of the Maternal Child Health Department. The Director ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care while promoting clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, staff development, and operational efficiency.
This role provides leadership in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating all departmental functions and patient care services. The Director collaborates closely with physicians, nursing leadership, and hospital administration to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and an outstanding patient experience.
The Director reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and assumes house supervisory responsibilities as assigned.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $100,339.20 to $135,054.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
