The Benefits Specialist will assist with HRIS implementations and system improvements. The Benefits Specialist will help to ensure timely and accurate completion of certain benefit transactions and serve as point of contact to local benefit coordinators. The Benefits Specialist will be the liaison between the Corporate Benefits Manager, local benefit coordinators, TPAs, and the IT benefits team. 




Required qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree required or at least 3 years' experience in benefit administration required.
  2. Previous experience coordinating employee benefits, e.g. health, dental, vision coverage, Evidence of Insurability processing etc. required.
  3. Microsoft Office Skills required.
  4. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Out of state travel required.

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Previous experience with HRIS/Lawson, preferred.
