Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join nation’s fastest-growing hospital system in the nation as a Regional Director of Patient Experience!

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting the vision for the MOKAN region and be able to articulate and deploy the patient experience improvement plan based upon this vision. Being a coach and mentor is an important part of this position so having an engaging personality and superior relationship building skills are paramount. Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
 

Required qualifications:

 

  • 3+ years successful leadership experience in patient experience, performance improvement, risk management, patient relations or service excellence department required.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school required, or equivalent years of experience. Nursing, Statistics, Business, or related field preferred.
     

Preferred qualifications:

 

  • Experience developing and deploying statistical tools to measure and improve process and outcomes goals.
  • Master’s degree from an accredited school.
  • Healthcare experience.
  • Demonstrated project management across multiple geographic locations.
  • Certification and experience applying six sigma, lean or Value Stream Improvement Methodology.
  • Measurable outcomes generated through programs deployed around service recovery patient family advisory councils or enhancing cultural competency.
