The Project Manager (Quality) will be assisting the Director of Admitting in the supervision, directing, and managing on-going projects for the revenue cycle operations. Project management experience preferred as this role is responsible to for the coordination of all projects, ensuring the projects are completed, and owning/maintaining the Quality program for all Patient Access Associates. This individual will work directly with upper Leadership to identify trends, issues, and challenges.   They will also collaborate with the patient Access Educator to ensure needs of the Quality program are being met. This position supports all Four Kansas City Hospitals and needs to be able standardize process and market rollouts whenever possible to ensure all hospital needs meet State Requirements.  


Education and Work Experience

  1. Two (2) or more years of applicable work experience required.
  2. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  3. Minimum two years? experience in project management preferred.
  4. Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital revenue cycle/business office preferred.
