Responsibilities

The Project Manager will assist the Director of admitting in supervising, managing and directing on-going projects for the revenue cycle operations. Will provide day to day coordination of projects, shall ensure that all aspects of these projects are completed.

In addition to various projects to support the Revenue Cycle team, this position is responsible for owning/maintaining the Quality program for all Patient Access associates, and works directly with upper leadership to identify trends, issues, and specific challenges. They will also work closely and collaborate with the Patient Access Educator on training and specific needs across the department as identified through the Quality program initiatives.

Additionally, this position supports all four hospitals in the MOKAN region, working to standardize processes and market rollouts whenever possible. Experience in Project Management and leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

  1. Two (2) or more years of applicable work experience required.
  2. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  3. Minimum two years? experience in project management preferred.
  4. Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital revenue cycle/business office preferred.
