Under general supervision, provides non-clinical administrative secretarial support for care coordination center activities. Primary responsibilities include ensuring data is accurate, timely process of insurance verifications, patient registration, timely notification of payor to ensure maximum reimbursement, facilitating benefit coverage for continuum of care needs, assisting with flow of information to continuum care providers, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
