Provides oversight for Call Center Operations, ensures compliance with intake processes and regulatory requirements, is responsible for ensuring monthly operational reports are completed and submitted to leadership in a timely manner. Provides oversight of call center staff and helps on board Prime Hospitals for collaboration with the call center. Answers inquiry calls from all persons with regards to information about hospital services and programs. Facilitates the coordination and dispositioning of patients from Prime Healthcare ED’s and community providers including assessment, insurance verification/authorizations and transfers within the Prime Healthcare System or to other inpatient or outpatient resources as needed.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Current California RN License preferred.
2. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Current BVP within 6 months of hire and maintain current annually.
4. Two (2) years’ experience working with psychiatric population preferred
