Responsibilities

As our new LPN/LVN, you will provide direct care that changes the lives of patients each day. You will be responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including Care Planning, Provision of Direct Patient Care, Problem Solving, Beside Nursing, Medication Administration and Treatments. Additionally, you will be part of a close, collaborative Nursing team. We are looking for someone who is outgoing and communicative because you will be involved with educating patients and their families all along the way. Sound interesting? Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
 
1. Current and valid state license
2. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Minimum one year experience in an applicable setting preferred.
4. IV certification upon hire (state specific)
5. Current ACLS (AHA) certificate preferred or within 60 days of hire
6. Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) training within six (6) months of hire and maintain current.
