The Human Resources Generalist provides a wide variety of complex human resources support to all levels in the organization, ensuring the comprehensive administration of human resources policy and procedures, collaborating with leadership to identify human resource needs , responsible for labor relations and employee relations.
Education and Work Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field OR five years of experience in health care human resources performing recruiting, onboarding and employee relations functions.
2. One year human resources experience including recruiting, onboarding and/or employee relations.
3. Prefer experience in a human resources department in a health care setting.
4. Prefer certifications of Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR).
Candidate must have excellent organizational skills, communication skills, attention to detail and a positive attitude.
