MG PATIENT ACCOUNTING
MIXED SHIFT, DAYS
Under the direction of leadership, responsible for overseeing the office processes necessary to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations, policies/procedures all while maintaining optimal customer service and productivity. Assist in identifying performance improvement opportunities. This position is responsible for overseeing the accuracy and timely processing of performance improvement and quality data. Assists in the data collection and analysis of quality indicators and present information to leadership on a routine schedule. Communicates with department heads to ensure compliance with goals and objectives established by the hospital. Communicate effectively, in writing, verbally, and via telephone, with all levels of personnel. Input and retrieve computerized data for statistical reporting for the organization to comply with statutory requirements and in support of senior leaderships’ goals and objectives. Performs all other duties and responsibilities within the framework of established hospital procedures, policies, and standards under the direct supervision of the Director of Performance Improvement.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Employees must be in their current position for a minimum of six calendar months and not received any disciplinary action within the last six months to apply and be considered for a transfer.
