Responsible for providing direct care services including individual and group counseling, support nad other activities; participating in comprehensive assessment, development of treament and discarge planning; maintaing clincial documentation, participating in and facilitating family and collateral meetings, team meetings and case conferences to ensure continuity of care. Assists Coordinator in the supervision of students and other direct care staff as needed.
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinicial Social Worker (LCSW).
Master's degree from an accredited university in counseling or social work.
Three years mental health experience.
Advance understanding of working with adults with a serious mental illness.
Valid New Jerey Driver's license required.
