Responsibilities

Responsible for performing various administrative, secretarial and clerical duties. Understands and follows the organization's policies, procedures and standards. Is an independent worker, meeting the day-to-day needs of the department. Participates in the department's performance improvement activities and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

Required qualifications:

  1. High School Graduate or equivalent.
  2. Secretarial training, clerical and previous office experience.
  3. Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  4. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Three to five years secretarial experience.
  2. Additional languages Experience
