This role is based out of Corporate in Ontario, CA
This position is created to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities of the EPO Customer Service Department, Claims and Utilization Management. The EHP Analyst builds custom reports, ensures PAS application schedules, maintains a system orientation and can work effectively with peers to set technological priorities and conduct long-term planning. This is a hands-on position requiring strong knowledge of the different Benefit Plans and the Prior Authorization process. This position is a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas. Evaluation of data integrity, testing of system updates, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities is a key skill set.
