Responsibilities

Candidate will be able to service customers with installation of low-voltage forms of cabling, dial tone, of communication networks, while providing excellent customer service. Additionally, this candidate will have to pull, install and repair all low-voltage type cabling such as voice, data, coaxial, fiber optic, etc. Candidate must also have great communication skills to interface with clients, and work well with a team or own their own.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING


1. High School Diploma or Equivalent; required
2. Proficient with computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, TMS: Time Management System.)
3. 1 to 2 years of experience in the telecommunications field, Nortel certifications such as hardware and software installation and maintenance power and grounding and environmental certifications preferred.
4. Any experience with Avaya equipment is a plus.
