The Saint John Rehabilitation Team has an opening for a Per Diem Physical Therapist. We are looking for a flexible and dynamic candidate who has experience working in the outpatient clinical setting to work in our growing outpatient clinic.  One year of experience in the outpatient setting is preferred. Hours in the inpatient and/or skilled nursing settings are also available. Weekday and weekend hours are available.

Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.

Education and Work Experience

1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
2. Current state Physical Therapy license.
3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
