The Nuclear Medicine Technologist works in support of the Radiologist, providing assistance in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Assist the Pathologist in the gross room and autopsies and is responsible for a variety of duties including: 1) assisting at frozen sections, 2) assisting at fine needle aspiration biopsies, 3) stocking and delivery of supplies, 4) transport specimens and slides, 5) filing 6) answer telephone, 7) handle hazardous materials; and, 8) accurately label and number the cases.
