The Monitor Tech is an unlicensed person who performs indirect care in the department setting. Monitors cardiac rhythms via direct cardiac monitors.  Meets the communication needs of the department. Transcribes physician orders in the absence of CPOE and EMR clinical documentation system. Verifies that lab tests and radiology tests have been ordered and done. Prepares and complies records in the ER. Orders supplies for the unit and prepares and completes each patient's chart for necessary forms needed on a daily basis. You will assist in diagnosing medical conditions and the treatment plan process, by producing high-quality images that help healthcare providers make informed decisions about our patient care.   Shift’s Available:  Nights Employment Type: Part Time Shift Hours: 12hr Shifts (Two Nights each week)   Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): - prepare patients and ensure patients are properly positioned on the CT table and explain the procedure to them with empathy, address any concerns or questions they may have - operate CT scanners to obtain images of the targeted body parts, which may involve adjusting the CT scanner settings to optimize image quality while minimizing radiation exposure, radiation safety at all times - monitor our patients, as a CT Technologist ensure their comfort and safety throughout the procedure - assist other radiologists, as you will work closely with them, who interpret the images you produced by the CT exam you may also assist in administering contrast agents or perform certain procedures - preserve all equipment assigned to the radiology department, CT Technologist are responsible for the quality assurance of CT scanners to ensure they function properly and produce accurate images - keep accurate records of each patient’s procedure, including images and relevant medical history, documentation and record-keeping is a must - follow strict safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure to patients, yourself, and other healthcare personnel - maintain your Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) and Kansas State Board of Healing Arts license - other duties and responsibilities maybe assigned depending on department need and growth 

The Director of Rehabilitation & Wellness Services is responsible for the overall operations & success of nursing, therapies, wellness and business services. The Director is responsible for developing and maintaining rehabilitation and wellness programs to meet the identified needs of the community. The Director is administratively responsible for the management of fiscal and personnel resources, performance improvement, information management, strategic planning, marketing, community education, physician/customer relations, regulatory compliance, and accreditation.

 We are looking for a Director of Case Management.  In this position you will be responsible for the following:   - Leading and meeting the length of stay intitiatives and metrics. - Frequent communication with hospitalists, intensivists, and community physicians regarding length of stay and discharge planning. - Communication with nursing managers, etc length of stay, discharge planning and patient status. - Manage bundled payment improvements. - Perform concurrent daily review and audit of case management and discharge planning documentation. - Assist in appeal process on any insurance denial when requested. - Participate in education for Case Managers, Social Workers, nursing and medical staff regarding care coordination.    

The Clinical Liaison maintains administrative responsibility for the oversight of Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) on predesignated units assigned by the House Supervisor. - The Clinical Liaison will work collaboratively with the LVN, Clinical Supervisor, Unit Director/Manager, and House Supervisor to assist with tasks as appropriate and within their scope of practice. - Assists and helps to develop and implement departmental plans, including performance improvement activities and compliance with current federal and/or state regulations. - The Clinical Liaison assists, manages and/or oversees department(s) LVN’s. - The Clinical Liaison will assist Clinical Supervisors and/or Registered Nurse assigned to LVN to perform LVN physical assessment review and documentation upon admission, point of care (POC) tasks upon admission and throughout care, assist with changes in patient status, and assistance with the discharge process at needed. - The Clinical Liaison will communicate with staff, physicians, and administration both written and verbally. - The Clinical Liaison will report unit status to the House Supervisor. - Clinical Liaison is delegated task, within scope of practice, at the discretion of the House Supervisor and Director/Manager. - Performs direct patient care, as needed, within the scope practice. - The Clinical Liaison will be available as a subject matter expert for all nursing staff, as needed. The Director of Critical Care a Registered Nurse who assumes 24 hour administrative responsibility for the management of all critical care nursing service functions in the ICU and Step Down (IMCU) units. Supervises, assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the delivery of patient care. Develops and implements departmental plans, including performance improvement activities and compliance with current regulations. The Director assumes 24 hour accountability for the departments. Supervises and evaluates all personnel assigned to the unit and effectively utilizes nursing personnel, time responsibilities for the unit and is directly accountable to the CNO or Administrator. Consults and communicates with staff, physicians and administration both written and verbally on nursing issues and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met. Assumes house supervisory responsibilities as assigned, including responding to codes throughout the hospital, assessing and charting, and following through with appropriate documentation. Oversees the provision of patient care for pediatric, adolescent, adult and older adult patients. Interacts with outside agencies, patients and patients' families/significant other(s) to provide comprehensive care.
