The Regional Revenue Cycle Director is responsible for all areas of Patient Access, including preregistration, insurance verification, point-of-service collections, financial counseling, and registration. The Regional Revenue Cycle Director identifies, trends, and assists in the remediation of denial trends, including coordination with other departments as required. The Regional Director will maintain a good working relationship with all facilities in their region to ensure clear communication. Effectively interacts with patients, other health team members, and physicians while maintaining a standard of professionalism. The Regional Revenue Cycle Director is the liaison with the CBO providing any support needed.

The Vice President of Health Plan Claims and Operations is responsible for the development and execution of Claim Operations strategies, end-to-end Claim process automation, optimization and management, identifying and leveraging technology and data to improve the quality and minimize process cost of Claims for all Prime Healthcare’s self-insured Employee Health Plans. Through in-depth audit and review of Claims data, the VP will identify financial savings across all aspects of the Employee Health Plans.
The VP of Health Plan Claims and Operations will provide strategic leadership and development of the Claims Department and its employees, as well as collaborate with Network Development, Provider Affiliation and Member Relations, Contracting, and Benefits Administration to ensure data integrity and to drive financial and operational value across Employee Health Plans to maximize benefit coverage while containing cost.
The VP of Health Plan Claims and Operations will partner with local C-Suites and Hospital Administration to execute goals and plans of the Employee Health Plans. Through inter-professional collaboration, The VP will ensure that TPA and Health Plan are notified in a timely fashion of any changes in process or procedures which would impact their functions.

Responsible for the daily coordination and oversight to the Referral Technicians with regard to referral distribution and tracking. Assists Director of UR Dept. in providing oversight and monitoring productivity of UR Coordinators and Referral Technicians. Provides training to new staff on system and referral processes. Assists physician offices and vendors with problem resolution. Knowledgeable in policies, procedures and practices and keeps updated with regulations applicable to the department including applicable regulations pertinent to Self-Funded Plan.

Under the direction of the Director, the Applications Trainer (AT) will serve as the point-of-contact for Lawson ERP application support and others as needed. The primary responsibilities include providing training, user support, front end technical support, planning, and implementation of application testing, which would involve working with vendors and the internal teams. Qualified candidates will have experience with healthcare ERP using Lawson ERP. The AT will help manage on-going training needs at all Prime hospitals.
The Clinical Policy and Quality Coordinator will develop, review and update clinical policies, procedures, and standards. Utilizing clinical expertise, will ensuring consistency, efficiency, and access to clinical policies across the facility and that regulatory and accreditation requirements are met. Along with maintain and development of clinical policies the Clinical Policy and Quality Coordinator will develop, update and maintain overall quality improvement that includes identing trends, prioritizing and recommending improvements to insure JCAHO compliance, Rural Health Clinic policies, regulatory accreditation, involved with QAPI and organizational compliance for quality are meet. Perform other duties as assigned.
The Contracts Analyst develops analytical assessments of managed care rate reimbursement and contract language variances utilizing intermediate skills in Excel and Word. Must be able to capture and summarize key contract concerns and identify patterns across markets. Requires a high level of responsibility, confidentiality, judgment and discretion in applying departmental policies, procedures and handling confidential information. Must be able to communicate effectively in writing, verbally and via telephone. This position performs special projects in support of the Health Plan Operation's Directors and Vice President.
