Under the direction of the Corporate Director - ASCs, the Corporate Finance Analyst will work on various ASC projects for the medical groups team. This role supports Clinical Operations and Financial Operations in driving meaningful year-over-year growth for Prime's ASC Operations. The analyst will work with stakeholders from multiple ASCs and Prime corporate departments and be a strong team player:
• Analyze monthly and quarterly results regarding facility performance vs budget, forecast, and prior periods; and provide thoughtful insight and recommendations on the business' trajectory
• Drive decision making using analytics (i.e. contribution margin, cash generation, benchmarking, other ad hoc requests) to support initiatives of the ASC Operations team
• Generate standard monthly operating/financial reports
• Assemble presentations for monthly and quarterly surgery center and JV board meetings
• Build financial models and projections for transactions with new physician investors and potential merger
• Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient processes that deliver optimum results

The Patient Account Specialist is responsible for submitting claims to the appropriate intermediaries and to insure that procedures and charges are coded in compliance with all payer guidelines and state/federal regulations, when assigned. Under the supervision of the Director, the Patient Account Specialist is also responsible for accurate and timely payment analysis of managed care contracts to determine that appropriate reimbursement is received. Utilizing many complex and varying regulations, guidelines and systems, analyzes payments received from insurance companies to assure maximum and correct reimbursement of Hospital’s receivables. Proactively works with payers and in-house resources to identify and resolve issues that hinder optimal and correct account payment. Utilizes and applies the appropriate regulations in order to assure compliance in payment practices. Leads teams in the resolution of unpaid accounts.

Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.
