The PACU RN is accountable directly to the OR Charge Nurse and the Director of Surgical Services, and indirectly to the House Supervisor. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for all patients within the PACU scope of services. The Registered Nurse also coordinates the post-operative care of the patient with the surgeon and anesthesiologist, directs and guides other personnel while maintaining standards of care in the PACU. Inpatient- The Pharmacy Supervisor in conjunction with the Director of Pharmacy is responsible for the coordination and control of the Pharmacy Services throughout the hospital; maintenance of the policies and procedures that assure safe administration, control, storage and use of medications throughout the hospital. He / she may serve as fulltime PIC (Pharmacy Manager) or acting PIC in the absence of the Director of Pharmacy, and is responsible for management of the Pharmacy staff; financial decisions including inventory control and the budgeting process; interactions with physicians and other departments concerning quality of care and education; ensuring that all licensing criteria are met and up to date; attend administrative meetings related to regulatory affairs; implement/change operations based on State and Federal regulations and any other functions concerned with patient care and operations of the Pharmacy consistent with policies and procedures of the hospital and State and Federal laws.  Outpatient- The Pharmacy Supervisor will serve as the Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist in Charge for the outpatient pharmacy. The Student Extern is an adjunct to the patient care team.  The extern performs at the level that has successfully been completed and passed in the clinical section at a local college.  Under the general supervision of an RN the extern provides direct patient care in accordance with the established protocols, the skills they are able to perform are expanded.  All newly hired externs will first function in the capacity of a nursing assistant, regardless of their nursing program clinical level.  When the student has been cleared by the Supervisor, they may be moved to their appropriate skill level.

Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in PI/QC activities. The Monitor Tech is an unlicensed person who performs indirect care in the department setting. Monitors cardiac rhythms via direct cardiac monitors. Meets the communication needs of the department. Transcribes physician orders in the absence of CPOE and EMR clinical documentation system. Verifies that lab tests and radiology tests have been ordered and done. Prepares and compiles records in Med/ Surg/ Telemetry. Orders supplies for the unit and prepares and completes each patient's chart for necessary forms needed on a daily basis. Able to assist nursing staff with indirect patient care duties as long as the activity does not distract from primary responsibility for dysrhythmia monitoring. *Note: May provide direct patient care under the direct supervision of the RN within scope of Certified Nursing Assistant if 1) possesses active CNA certification; 2) demonstrates annual competency in CNA duties and skills and 3) is relieved of Monitor Technician duties during the time of assisting the RN.

The Nurse Practitioner is a registered professional nurse who has specialized skills, knowledge, and experience in family practice assessments and follow-up and is duly authorized to perform designated acts of medical diagnosis, prescription of medical therapeutics and corrective measures in collaboration with and under the supervision of a licensed physician. The Nurse Practitioner priority role will be as a primary care person in the Urgent Care and Primary Care practices. The coordinating responsibilities include definition of the nurse practitioner role; the supervising of the clinic; and the development and support of close working relationships within the center and community. The Nurse Practitioner reports directly to the Medical Director of clinics and works closely with interdisciplinary leaders in the center and community to carry out the above mentioned responsibilities. In addition, the FPNP will participate in the development and implementation of educational programs as they relate to the health care of the family.

The Radiology Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process. The Radiology Registered Nurse provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. The Radiology Nurse works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinarily team and is responsible for providing the highest quality nursing care and service excellence in the continuum of care. The Radiology Registered Nurse works in support of the Radiologist, providing assistance in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Assists with the maintenance of equipment and inventory. Assesses procedure room or equipment functioning and readiness. Responsible for adherence to regulations, standards and hospital or unit policies and procedures and participation in Performance Improvement activities, department meetings and in-services. Acts as a resource for other personnel as appropriate.

Responsible for the coordination of the various activities of the CSU under the direction of the assigned Case Manager/Social Worker assist with development and implementations of discharge plans. Assists with case management referrals and authorizations. Maintains and coordinates Medicaid state submission forms for presentation to on-site reviewer and files them accordingly or as per facility’s procedure.  Assists with Discharge Planning as assigned by interviewing patients/families and gathering data to develop a safe patient-focused Discharge Plan.

The Registered Nurse is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. The Registered Nurse coordinates the care of the patient with the surgeon and/or anesthesiologist, directs and guides and other personnel while maintaining standards of care within the Out Patient Department. Works with other departments and co-workers to provide quality patient care across the continuum, efficient patient flow and unit maintenance and organization. Responsible for adherence to regulations, standards and hospital or unit policies and procedures. Responsible for participation in Performance Improvement activities, unit meetings and in-services. Acts as a resource for other personnel as appropriate

Responsible for the overall strategic leadership, planning, development, direction, coordination, and control of activity within patient care; clinical and clinical support service areas.  Works collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner. Works with C-suite in service line growth, revenue cycle, clinical operations, accreditation, and value-based care initiatives. Will participate in medical staff meetings, have oversight of medical staff office, and help with medical staff development and issues. Actively participate in payor relations and JOC.

We are looking for a full time CT Tech to work 8 hour evening shifts.    The CT Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing quality images.   The CT Technologist works in support of the Radiologist, providing assistance in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.   Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.
