The Central Sterile Technician is responsible for decontamination, preparation, sterilization of Central Sterile trays, instruments, equipment, inventory and restocking of supplies, computer data entry and patient charge card batching. The Patient Account Registrar interviews the patient or his/her representative to obtain patient demographics for Healientwhich is our Cardiology Clinic.  This position also secures insurance information, eligibility, benefits and authorizations as applicable. Must be able to operate a computer to input and retrieve data. Ability to communicate with the population served, utilizing age specific techniques from, young adults, middle adult to geriatrics.Maintain proficiency in medical terminology.Special projects or other assignments may be given with expectations to be completed in a specified timeframe.

Staff RN is directly accountable to the OR Charge Nurse and the Director of Surgical Services, and indirectly to the House Supervisor. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing quality imaging. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist works in support of the Radiologist, providing assistance in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Responsible for processing and transmission of Images to PACS.

The MRI Technologist is responsible for the performance of all aspects of MR imaging, accurately and in accordance with established procedures and policies in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in patients of all groups. Follows all regulatory guidelines and MRI safety precautions, working with the MRSO and MRMD. Maintains professional standards of conduct an ethics as outlined in department expectations and professional organizations. Contributes to total patient care by accessing pertinent patient information, processes images, assures correct images, accurate billing and file documentation, records information related to exams into department computer system. Performs other activities in support of clinical team members when not engaged in imaging activities.

Director of Surgical Services is responsible for direction of patient care in the operative environment. The Director manages the staff members in the Ambulatory Surgery, Surgery and PACU Departments. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in PI activities/ formulates budget for the department.

With oversight and direction from the Program Director(s), the Program Coordinator is responsible for the operational functions of the accredited GME training programs. The position requires a comprehensive and detailed understanding of the national accreditation policies and hospital policies, as well as a high degree of initiative and independent judgment. The Program Coordinator should be organized in planning, assisting with maintaining continuing accreditation, recruiting of trainees, projects, analyzing and maintaining databases, communicating with faculty and trainees regarding a range of issues and managing internal and external program relations. Should have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and GME databases.
