PROCESSES IMAGES USING AUTOMATIC FILM PROCESSING OR DIGITAL SYSTEM Ensures proper handling of all exposed and unexposed film in order to avoid artifacts. Efficiently processes film and reloads all cassettes Report any and all equipment and film artifacts to appropriate personnel. ANALYZES EACH PROCESSED RADIOGRAPH Review each radiograph for: -         Proper technical factors -         Proper positioning -         Proper markers, date stickers, and appropriate labels -         Correct patient  identification  -      Presence of any factors that may deter from its diagnostic value. RECORDS DATA RELATIVE TO PROCEDURES Completes required data with RIS system MAINTAINS A RESPONSIVE AND RESPECTFUL RELATIONSHIP WITH PATIENTS , RECORDS DATA RELATIVE TO PROCEDURES Verifies identification of patient before beginning exam by two patient identifiers. Advanced Imaging II, will perform, under the supervision of a physician and complete exams per protocol using diagnostic criteria; completes required information on PACS.
