Ability to function in a demanding environment by navigating multiple projects simultaneously, and effectively supporting a busy Medical Staff Office. Responsible for assigned Medical Staff Departments as assigned by Director/Manager. Facilitates all aspects of credentialing, including applications, reappointments, proctoring and competencies. Interfaces with physicians and hospital management staff in a positive and professional manner.

Staff Registered Nurse is directly accountable to the OR Manager of Surgical Services. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of direct and indirect patient care in the peri-operative setting through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and older adults. The Registered Nurse coordinates the care of the patient with the surgeon and anesthesiologist, directs and guides the OR Technician and other personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Works with other others to provide a continuum of care, quality patient care, efficient patient flow and unit maintenance and organization. Responsible for adherence to regulations, policies and procedures. Responsible for participation in Performance Improvement activities, dept meetings and in-services. Acts as a resource for other personnel as appropriate.

The Surgical Technologist is responsible for the preparation of sterile supplies and instruments for each assigned procedure, maintaining sterile field during case and providing surgeon with sterile supplies and instruments during assigned procedures. - This position does not require being on-call or working weekends! - Sign-on Bonus for experience Surgical Tech. - This position is FT 4/9hour shifts

The RN is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for all patients within the PACU scope of services. The Registered Nurse also coordinates the post-operative care of the patient with the surgeon and anesthesiologist, directs and guides other personnel while maintaining standards of care in the PACU.
