Performs security services, including electronic surveillance, and systematic manual Security Officers’ rounds. Coordinates facility response to various potential problems for patients, employees, and visitors. Enforces policy & procedure, ensuring equitable enforcement. To provide emotional support, crisis intervention and counseling; information and referral; referrals for financial assistance and supportive services to patients and families with problems that are related to hospitalization, illness, disability or trauma. To provide case management & milieu management, complete psychosocial assessments, assist in the development and re-evaluation of Treatment Plans and work as a member of a multidisciplinary team, and to coordinate discharge planning. The centralized scheduler is directly accountable to the Admitting Leadership the Centralized Scheduler routinely schedules tests/procedure cases for all patients where services occur as a scheduled event.
This may include, but is not limited to; Clinic visits, Surgery, G.I. Lab, Cardiac Cath Lab, Radiology, Respiratory Therapy, Nutritional Services, Infusion units or any other location where scheduling of a test or procedure may occur. The Manager of Med/Surg - Telemetry is a Registered Nurse who assumes 24-hour administrative responsibility for the management of all nursing service functions within the Med/Surg - Telemetry departments. Supervises, assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the delivery of patient care. Develops and implements departmental plans, including performance improvement activities and compliance with current regulations. Supervises and evaluates all personnel assigned to the unit and effectively utilizes nursing personnel, time responsibilities for the unit and is directly accountable to the CNO/DON. Communicates effectively with staff, physicians and administration both written and verbally.

The CT Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing quality images. The CT Technologist works in support of the Radiologist, providing assistance in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
