The Behavioral Health Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Using leadership skills and the nursing process the RN strives to meet the needs of the patient/significant others in a safe, caring, professional manner.
