The Personal Trainer Trainee is a high-level customer service position that is the first line of communication with members, guests, and employees. The Personal Trainer Trainee is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety of the fitness floor. The Personal Trainer Trainee is responsible for conducting member fitness assessments, developing, retaining and growing personal training clientele. The Personal Trainer Trainee represents Saint Mary’s Fitness Center at health fairs and community outreach events. The Personal Trainer Trainee provides a positive, educational experience for members and the community to encourage individuals to develop and achieve personal health goals. Interacts with fitness coworkers, and Prime Staff in a collaborative professional manner. This is a six (6) month position that will be transferred into a Personal Trainer.
8 HR, VARIED SHIFT
The Service Team Representative is a high-level customer service position that is the first line of communication with members, guests, and employees. The Service Team Representative is responsible to ensure that each member is greeted in a professional and friendly manner while monitoring traffic in/out of the Center for safety and security. The Service Team Representative is responsible for checking each member in, registering guests, and direct prospective members to the Membership Department, while also being a resource for member’s needs for goods and services while in the Center. The Service Team Representative is expected to convey a professional, friendly, welcoming, and caring environment for all members, guests, employees and members of the public who visit the Center.
