Manages activities and flow of work for Oncology Services. Supports administrative responsibility for the department service functions and works collaboratively with the CNO. Develops and implements departmental plans, including performance improvement activities and compliance with current federal and/or state regulations. Communicates with staff, physicians, and administration both written and verbally. Directs, supervises, and evaluates personnel, ensuring the proper use of time, equipment, and staff. Performs direct patient care, only as needed, within the scope practice. Continually assess care and direct staff to make immediate changes in the plan of care.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy Technology or related area.
2. Registered R.T.(T.) by the A.R.R.T.
3. Current BLS upon hire and maintained current.
4. Strong verbal and written skills.
5. Comprehensive Knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulatory standards required.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $100,339.20 to $135,054.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
