Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing day-to-day management of the coordination of Clinic, deliverables, processes, and procedures.  Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for generating necessary reports for evaluating progress towards the Clinics’ goals. The Assistant Manager will provide support to the Office Manager to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of the operations.

The Assistant Manager will need to possess analytical ability, exceptional diplomacy and tact, excellent communication skills, organizational and project management skills, operate effectively in an environment requiring independence and flexibility, and have strong attention to detail, ensure accurate & prompt data entry of service deliverables, educates, and consults with service providers and staff concerning service deliverables and the process of meeting identified needs.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

1.  Bachelor’s Degree  or 3-5 years’ experience in a related health field required
2.  Strong Interpersonal communication skills required
3.  Microsoft computer skills required
4.  Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

Saint Michaels Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $54,080.00 to $81,120.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
