The Telecom Director builds, manages, and leads the IT Telecom team to support all company telecom requirements, implementation, and responsibilities. Responsibility spans all telecom components (end-user devices, servers, switches, telecommunications, security, integrations with service providers, etc.) across all environments to include the PBX responsibilities. Primary goal is to meet system SLAs and implement process to support it.
