The Unit Supervisor assumes responsibility and accountability for the quality of nursing activities and staff function during their shift. The Unit Supervisor will provide direct communication with the Nurse Director. Effectively utilizes nursing personnel, time and equipment on the unit and assists the department Director in the daily operation of the unit. Perform direct patient care, within scope of practice. Continually assess care and direct staff to make immediate changes in the plan of care.
Compensation analyst will conduct research and provide professional analysis of positions throughout Prime Healthcare. Provides general oversight, and support the administration of the compensation programs, salary plans and market analysis. Will partner with Service Line Leaders to develop and maintains job descriptions. Conducts and participates in salary surveys and utilizes data to develop compensation structures and policies. Evaluates jobs and recommends pay changes based on analysis. Develops compensation documents and training materials, and communication process to end users. Ensures that base pay competitive and conform to current company compensation strategy. Provides support to the Human Resources staff and Hospital Management regarding the interpretation of compensation policies, guidelines and procedures.

Moves throughout Facility to monitor, correct, and direct as needed, as appropriate. Directly supervises and communicates with all staff house-wide. In addition, in the absence of the Hospital Administrative staff, this responsibility is extended to all services within the hospital. Ensures efficient functions of the department. Performs direct patient care, only as needed, within the scope of practice. Continually assess care provided in the hospital.

The Director of Pharmacy is responsible for organizing and supervising all aspects of daily pharmacy operations to ensure safe medication management processes throughout the hospital. Manages budgets for pharmacy staff and inventory. Establishes communication with physicians and staff to ensure proper patient care. Keeps abreast of technological and clinical practice changes and implements improvements as necessary. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies as well as with hospital policy and procedures.
Under direct guidance and or supervision of the primary operative surgeon, assists the in the Perioperative care of patients, in surgery, and performs duties as assigned.
The Staff RN is accountable directly to the OR Charge Nurse and the Director of Surgical Services, and indirectly to the Shift Nursing Supervisor. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards.
The Patient Account Registrar interviews the patient or his/her representative to obtain identifying and verifying information, such as patient/s name, address, age, date of birth, social security number, occupation, insurance information and obtaining authorization. Also, have the capabilities of interfacing with the PBX operator and reception areas. Must be able to operate a computer to input and retrieve data. Ability to communicate with the population served, utilizing age specific techniques from neonatal, pediatrics, adolescents, young adults, middle adult to geriatrics. Maintain proficiency in medical terminology. Special projects or other assignments may be given with expectations to be completed in a specified timeframe.
Install computer related hardware and software as needed. Support and provide problem determination and resolution on PC software and hardware. Maintain catalog, software and hardware inventory. Document service activities through the ticketing system. Access all areas of the hospital campus in order to perform computer-related installations. Use computer to accomplish data entry and PC troubleshooting. Summon outside resources when needed to complete installations and support end-users. Act as a liaison between end-users and IS as well as coordinate issues between software vendors and IS.
Maintains accurate logs on all equipment in hospital and provides for a safe working environment. Also maintain and repair equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems. Driving as needed for company business.
Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations. Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in PI/QC activities. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

American College of Radiology (ACR) and Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) are the 2 guiding bodies used in Imaging. In the Radiology settings, ACR is followed. In the Cardio-vascular Ultrasound setting, IAC is followed. Cardio-Vascular Sonographer practice following Protocols and Techniques as per scribed by the Cardio-Vascular Medical Director. Advanced Imaging, practice following the protocols and techniques as per scribed by Imaging Medical Director. All Advanced Imaging, will practice their skills within the scope of their credentials and with a valid written physician’s order always. Skill evaluations will be done by the area supervisor or preceptor assigned. Advanced Imaging will perform, under the supervision of a physician and complete exams per protocol using diagnostic criteria; completes required information on PACS. Promotes the smooth and efficient operation of the Imaging Department through the appropriate utilization and management of all clerical functions within the department including document handling and disposition, interpersonal relationships and information gathering and dispersion. Meets all requirements set forth by accreditation (ICAEL, ICAVL and ACR) as appropriate and governing bodies, including JCAHO, federal and state bodies, and department-specific requirements. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

Procedure Scheduler schedules all surgical procedures and may need to obtain authorization depending on department or ensures that authorization has been obtained. Ensures that all the appropriate clinical information and CPT/ICD-10 information is documented on the order. Scheduler receives requests to schedule procedures from the numerous of providers in the clinic and schedules the procedure according to established guidelines, acuity & insurance guidelines. Scheduler provides accurate information so that all departments may view daily and maintains open communication with the hospital departments and physician offices regarding schedule changes. Scheduler needs to be able to multi-task and look over multiple schedules and coordinate accordingly with office, hospital, and patient’s schedule. Scheduler communicates with the patient regarding any prep prior to procedure, provides patient with directions on where to go and any discharge information that is needed for after the procedure.
The Nurse Practitioner is a registered professional nurse who has specialized skills, knowledge, and experience in family practice assessments and follow-up and is duly authorized to perform designated acts of medical diagnosis, prescription of medical therapeutics and corrective measures in collaboration with and under the supervision of a licensed physician. The Nurse Practitioner priority role will be as a primary care person in the Urgent Care and Primary Care practices. The coordinating responsibilities include definition of the nurse practitioner role; the supervising of the clinic; and the development and support of close working relationships within the center and community. The Nurse Practitioner reports directly to the Medical Director of clinics and works closely with interdisciplinary leaders in the center and community to carry out the above mentioned responsibilities. In addition, the FPNP will participate in the development and implementation of educational programs as they relate to the health care of the family.
