The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service when handling calls, a required daily average of 90-140 calls per day through our inbound call center. Along with meeting a daily call count, there are various other individual and team goals set including but not limited to; handle time, hold time, abandoned %, etc. The representative’s scheduling responsibilities include, following set templates, scheduling per each provider/clinic preferences following the provided resource material along with properly assessing the appointment request and patient history to determine the visit type and providing detailed and concise visit notes. Data entry when registering new patients and updating existing charts is also required. Attention to detail is crucial to eliminate potential errors in demographics and registration. Outbound calls are also made on a less frequent basis when necessary.
The PSC Representative is also responsible for properly assessing non-scheduling calls to determine and route the call properly, this means; routing calls to other departments following set process, referring patients to seek emergency services following set protocols, identifying urgent and non-urgent requests, documenting detailed, clear, and concise messages on behalf of caller, following set auto text and routing message to the appropriate department/staff member.

The Nurse Practitioner is a registered professional nurse who has specialized skills, knowledge, and experience in family practice assessments and follow-up and is duly authorized to perform designated acts of medical diagnosis, prescription of medical therapeutics and corrective measures in collaboration with and under the supervision of a licensed physician. The Nurse Practitioner priority role will be as a primary care person in the Urgent Care and Primary Care practices. The coordinating responsibilities include definition of the nurse practitioner role; the supervising of the clinic; and the development and support of close working relationships within the center and community. The Nurse Practitioner reports directly to the Medical Director of clinics and works closely with interdisciplinary leaders in the center and community to carry out the above mentioned responsibilities. In addition, the FPNP will participate in the development and implementation of educational programs as they relate to the health care of the family.
The Certified Surgical Technologist I is responsible for the preparation of sterile supplies and instruments for each assigned procedure, maintaining sterile field during case and providing surgeon with sterile supplies and instruments during assigned procedures. The Certified Surgical Technologist I is an employee with a minimum of 0-1 years’ experience or an employee who is proficient in the following surgical specialties: General Surgery, Urology, Minor Vascular, GYN, Minor Orthopedics, and Minor Neurosurgery/Neurospine. For applicable cases, the Certified Surgical Technologist I is proficient in performing cases laparoscopically, open, or robotically assisted. The employee will demonstrate independent practice in the role of primary scrub technician and will be able to assume the role of camera holder, retractor holder, limb holder, uterine manipulator on more complicated cases.
