The Specialist, Account Resolution is the lead responsible for the timely follow-up of Managed Care/Commercial accounts.  Communicates clearly and efficiently by phone with health plans.   Maintains productivity standards and reports.  Responsible to obtain State collection guidelines if applicable.  Reviews managed care contracts.

Customer orientated. Acts as a liaison with patients and staff. Registers patient when they arrive for appointment, verifies demographic information, insurance information, calculates payments as necessary, collects and posts insurance co-payments and payment on accounts and assists in business office duties when needed. Reports to Physician regarding medical issues and Manager regarding business matters.  

Performs a variety of patient and non patient food service duties such as preparing and delivering patient trays, servicing the cafeteria, working on tray line, stocking storage areas, preparing nourishments, dishwashing and pot washing, mopping and sweeping of floors and emptying of trash as well as other related tasks.

The Registered Nurse/Clinical Coordinator provides direct care in the outpatient wound care clinic as well as manages the clinical program from a staffing, PI and HR perspective. Communicates with providers, supervises clinical and hyperbaric staff, as appropriate regarding changes in the patient’s treatment, clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies. Has the ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.

The Patient Account Registrar interviews the patient or his/her representative to obtain patient demographics. This position also secures insurance information, eligibility, benefits and authorizations as applicable. Works closely with all facets of the Admitting department including PBX operator function and reception areas. Must be able to operate a computer to input and retrieve data. Ability to communicate with the population served, utilizing age specific techniques from neonatal, pediatrics, adolescents, young adults, middle adult to geriatrics. Maintain proficiency in medical terminology. Special projects or other assignments may be given with expectations to be completed in a specified timeframe 

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the DOU. The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to his/her assigned patients. The Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Psychiatric Technician provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring technical and manual skills, within the scope of practice, that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care, and meets the communication needs of the patient and family; Performs under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Demonstrates knowledge of EMTALA Regulations and triage process in the ER setting.   - This is a Per-Diem, PRN Role - Evening Shift  - 11-11 - 12 hour Shifts 

Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, coordinates the activities of the pharmacy department to provide the highest quality of pharmaceutical care to all patients served by the hospital, while ensuring patient safety. The scope of patient care provided may include: General Medicine/Surgical, Intensive Care Services, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, Oncology, Peri-operative, Geriatrics and Outpatient Services.

Assists the Pharmacist, under his or her supervision, in the daily operation of the Pharmacy.
